Join us to celebrate Chef Driven's inaugural Forgotten Foods Festival, an homage to dishes that have all but disappeared from today's dining scene. Running at our restaurants across the city from March 28th to April 6th.
Embark on a journey from Provence to Burgundy with Executive Chef Xavier’s menu, inspired by his early days as an aspiring chef learning the techniques of French cuisine. These forgotten dishes pay homage to France’s rich culinary heritage, celebrating forgotten, overlooked and unique ingredients.
